I contacted this company about a defect in the district heating system. It was then immediately clear to the technician on site; the central control unit is very old and probably because of that. Should therefore be exchanged - cost about 1500 EUR. I told him I would reconsider it. In the evening the boss called me personally and asked me (?) Why I wanted to exchange this expensive part. I explained that this was the suggestion of his colleague, and not my wish. After all, he immediately said it was nonsense and completely unnecessary at this point. He said that you should first check / replace the outside sensor, it would then only cost 60 / 70EUR. I found it good. In the end, however, this did not solve the problem, because we (or rather I) discovered that it is not the sensor but rather the cabling that is defective. An invoice (without the problem being solved) in the amount of almost 400 EUR (for diagnosis - which was a joke - plus the outside sensor which costs only 60/70 EUR but was not defective at all in the end, but still remains installed, plus the Working hours) flew into the house. When it started to get cold weeks later and the heating was still not working, I called and asked that the problem be solved as soon as possible ... and they said someone would contact me. Nobody answered! I called again the next day and they promised me again that someone would answer ... and this time again nobody called. In the end it was the nice competitor (the Rode company) who helped me quickly and professionally. And that too for a great price!

Once and never again. I called the company about a repair job and who are they sending me a little snot named Kai Passauer. Not only did he not do his job properly, he was also so cheeky to keep making stupid comments like "that stinks a lot here" or "when was the last time you cleaned up here?" I advise everyone who arranges the company to say I don't want Kai Passauer !!!! Mfg Hans Peter
